Quotes & pricing
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the materials, dimensions and scope you provide. Final pricing may change after on-site templating.
Materials
Natural stone is a unique material — colour, veining and texture vary from slab to slab. Final selection is confirmed at our yard prior to fabrication.
Deposits & payments
A deposit confirms your order and reserves the material. Balance is due as agreed in your project quotation.
Lead times
Production and installation timelines are estimates based on material availability and project complexity. We communicate clearly if anything changes.
Site readiness
The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness, accurate measurements provided in advance, and access on installation day.
Warranty
Our fabrication and installation are warranted against workmanship defects for 12 months. Natural variation, misuse and third-party damage are excluded.
Liability
QAIDEEN.CO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the value of the relevant project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
